User Agreement
This User Agreement describes how CountAllie works and the rules for using the service. By creating an account or using CountAllie, you confirm that you have read this agreement.
Service owner
The CountAllie service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Davit Baghdasaryan Martini, registered in the Republic of Armenia. Public company details are published on the Company page. Bank account numbers and other payment credentials are not published on the website.
Purpose of CountAllie
CountAllie is a software service for comparing and reconciling Excel files. The service helps the user see whether data in two files matches and highlights differences. Results are informational and supporting only. They are not an audit, accounting, tax, or legal opinion.
User accounts
To use file comparison you need a CountAllie account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide during registration and for keeping your login details secure. You must not use the service in a way that disrupts its operation or other users.
Free comparisons
The first 3 successful comparisons are free. Only a comparison that the service completes successfully uses a free comparison. The service, not the browser display, is the source of truth for remaining free comparisons.
Paid comparisons
After the free comparisons are used, one successful comparison costs 19 RUB. There is no subscription. One paid purchase grants exactly one additional successful comparison. A failed parsing, validation, or reconciliation attempt does not consume a paid comparison.
Payment rules
Payment is charged only for the selected purchase of one comparison. There are no recurring automatic charges. The price shown to you before payment is the current price for that purchase. After a successful payment, CountAllie adds one comparison credit to your account.
Uploaded Excel files
Uploaded Excel files are used only to perform the requested reconciliation. CountAllie is not intended to permanently store uploaded Excel files. After processing, files are not kept as a user archive.
User responsibility
You are responsible for having the right to process the data in the uploaded files. Do not upload files that you are not allowed to use. You are also responsible for checking the result before relying on it for your own records.
Service availability
CountAllie is provided as an online software service. The operator takes reasonable care to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Payment issues and refunds
If a payment is not completed, CountAllie does not add a comparison credit. If you believe a successful payment was not reflected in your account, contact the operator through the Contacts page and include the payment details you have. Refund requests are reviewed individually. This agreement does not set a fixed refund deadline or a guaranteed refund in every case.
Intellectual property
The CountAllie name, website, and software belong to the service operator. You keep your rights to the files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant the operator only the limited right to process that file to perform the requested comparison.
Changes to these terms
The operator may update this User Agreement. The current version is the one published on this page. Continued use of CountAllie after an update means you accept the updated agreement. The current price shown before payment remains the price that applies to that purchase.
